Position Overview
We are seeking service-oriented and detail-focused individuals to join our team as an Cruise Booking Agent. This role focuses on assisting clients with researching cruise options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a smooth booking experience from start to finish.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise or travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and training are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching cruise itineraries, destinations, and cabin options
- Coordinate and confirm cruise reservations, including travel dates and guest details
- Respond to client inquiries regarding cruise lines, onboard experiences, and requirements
- Review booking details for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records of client reservations and communications
- Provide support before and after travel to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating online booking systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
